Parents Room

Our Parents Room has been provided for parents and guardians to take care of their children while shopping at Rose City Shoppingworld. The Parents Room is located next to the toilet facilities in the centre.

Disabled Facilities & Mobility Services

Rose City Shoppingworld has a lift located on the lower level near the underground car park entrance, providing easy access to the Upper Level centre. There are disabled bathrooms located near the toilet facilities in the centre.

Wheelchair Hire

Rose City Shoppingworld has a Wheelchair for patrons to hire, available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Customer Service

Our Centre Management Office is located down the aisle next to Pets Domain heading towards the Rest Rooms.
