Guidelines

• Casual lease set up will commence no earlier than 8:00am and must be completed no later than 9:00am.
• Casual lease operating hours;
  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
  Thursday - 9:00am - 7:30pm
  Saturday - 9:00am - 4:00pm
  Sunday - 9:00am - 2:00pm
  Takedown may only commence after the closing times.
• Maximum Height of display allowed is 2 metres. Maximum Area is as specified per site.
• Mats or carpets must have edges taped down. Power cords or double adapters are to be unreachable by the public. No hazardous material or chemical are permitted. No structures potentially dangerous to the public are to be used. No megaphones, audio equipment, or flashing lights are to be used under any circumstances.
• A minimum $20,000,000 Public Liability Policy is required and must be provided 2 weeks prior to the commencement date.
• The display and signage must be of a professional quality and the Casual Lessee shall comply with all directions of Centre Management.
• All tables and trestles must be covered to the floor with acceptable materials to hide table legs. Items or boxes of packaging are not to be stored in view of the public. Seating to be supplied by Centre Management, no camp chairs permitted.
• Customers may not be approached by your display attendants; the customer must make the approach.
• No helium balloons, only balloons on sticks are permitted.
• Smart casual/business attire is the minimum dress standard required by all attendants connected with the display. 
• No A-Frame signage permitted.
